Cozumel is widely known for its spectacular coral reefs. Various species are depended on the nutrition and shelter the coral reefs offer for them, thus the protection of the reefs is vital for the whole marine life. Unfortunately, coral reefs in different parts of the world have been destroyed by human actions. One of the main priorities of Manta Raya Divers is to enjoy the underwater world without causing harm to its fragile ecosystem.

The coral reefs are not only a beautiful sight for divers, but they also offer a home for various species, work as indicators of water quality and quality of environment and protect from erosion from coastlines. In addition, they have provided a job for people in fishery and nursery areas. When diving around the coral reefs, we enter homes and lives of numerous different species.
