Rafael Melgar; just right by Punta Langosta  and next to the Naval Base; at Edificio Colon, Suite # 6 upstairs; above Rock and Java restaurant; between calle 9th and 11th south, Manta Raya Divers logo will guide you to the right office.

Our Manta Raya boat is still at her spot in the north marina, Puerto de Abrigo just 2.5km north of the downtown area, always ready to take out scuba and snorkel tours in Cozumel island.
